Convection Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so thrilled with our KitchenAid oven that when we were ready we ordered the convection microwave. The only and biggest negative is that not only was there no printed manual, there were no instructions online. So it has been trial and error, and although it has worked well, it would have been really helpful to know what was safe to do an...
Fan very noisy and won't stop running
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace my old KitchenAid microwave/convention oven (KBMC147). As soon as this unit was installed and the installer started the test, I could notice how much louder the fun was than the prior one. Then after we run a 15 seconds test, the fun didn't go off. The standard beep after each minute still worked, but with the fan st...

Satisfactory
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven functions work well however, the included crisper pan which must be ordered is never available and the panel only lights for the clock making it difficult to see when it is below the countertop. This is a feature you would expect on an expensive appliance.

No regrets!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Hard to find this size of microwave, looks great with matching wall oven. Good quality, easy to use functions. Generous interior. Still waiting for the crisper pan that is sent separately. Love Kitchenaid appliances.

Great Features, Solid Build
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave to replace a 24 year old KitchenAid unit that was still working, but was lacking the power it once had. I am happy with the improvements KitchenAide has made with better door hinges, touch controls and additional features like Steam Cook. There are more feature-rich combo microwaves out there for a much higher price, but for my needs, this unit is a solid choice

Exceeded my expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with the performance and versatility of this unit. I no longer use my air fryer with the crisp setting, replaced my steamer with the steaming feature, and it still performs as a great microwave. The one thing I would add would be a 30 second reheat option.

Meets expectations. Works well
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this microwave about 2 months ago to replace an older unit which still worked well but the stainless steel door cover was falling off due to a broken plastic srew base that was not repairable (poor quality construction marterials). Having to buy a new oven because the door cover cannot be fixed is a very expensive solution. It works very well, as is expected. The only complaint so far is that the alarm signal indicating that cooking has completed is so faint that it can hardly be heard even if you are standing beside it.

Great Buy!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and can't wait to install. My kitchen is still under construction. I can say the delivery was on point and it was pack very well

Disappointing
Less than three years old and has stopped beeping when cooking time has finished. Also power seems weak, takes a longer time than other microwaves to heat food.

This microwave needs a much better user guide.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave oven was installed a month ago. It has worked well in every respect, so far as I have tested it. It is a very attractive appliance. The only reason I have rated it as four stars instead of five is that the user guide and on line videos present very little advice on how to take full advantage of the microwave’s many features, such as the steam function or the crisper function. So I am learning by trial and error. Wouldn’t it make sense to provide a more comprehensive user guide on how to maximize the customer’s satisfaction with this expensive built-in appliance?
TK1!
A very versatile oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely pleased with this product! Easy to use and very quiet.

Great Until it Breaks ... Fixing is a Chore
Now on our fourth tech visit to try and solve an inverter/magnetron issue (F1E5 code) and been without the unit for over six weeks. Multiple parts, multiple technicians. Wife and I started shopping for a new non-Kitchenaid unit that's how frustrating this is to nit-pick the troubleshooting. Quality of Kitchenaid is such that shouldn't be this hard for a unit that's only five years old.

Incredibly hard to maintain!
We installed this microwave as part of our kitchen remodel. The little appliance bulb burned out. You have to remove the whole oven from the cabinet to replace it. This is an INCREDIBLY poor design! We never would have bought Kitchen Aid had we known this.
coleman57
For the price a manual would be nice.
When you go online to download the manual it is ONLY the installation guide. When you click on the quick start and other links it is NOT even the same convection microwave/ instructions. So disappointing!
